Launch of new e-services to assist with Umrah and Hajj.

Saudi Arabia launches electronic services to assist Hajj pilgrims.

Several electronic services have been implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance to enhance the pilgrim experience and ministry staff duties.

A Sharia-aware app that teaches Hajj pilgrims about the rituals and provides a translator for those who need to communicate in a language other than Arabic is one of the services.

An application called "Rushd" is integrated with an e-library and designed to distribute dependable e-books.

A new electronic transaction platform, reports management and a "virtual workspace" for ministry staff are among the services.

Sheikh Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Asheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, stated: By the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the ministry aims to implement all digital transformation standards."

According to the Hajj and Visit Committee, 744,862 people have already arrived in Madinah to participate in the pilgrimage this year. According to it, 587,845 of them were either already in Makkah or were on their way there.

While this is going on, the Women's Affairs Agency at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah is assisting female pilgrims who are coming to see the mosque.

Staff members have been able to learn basic language skills, clarify regulations, and manage crowd flow through a series of training sessions.

A program titled "Comfort and Spirituality in the Prophet's Mosque" has also been launched by the Madinah Presidency to welcome pilgrims to the site.

The Health Affairs department provided services to 14,000 Iraqi pilgrims at the Jdeidet Arar land crossing in the Northern Borders region.

In addition, the Department of Health Affairs reported that the Jdeidet Arar Central Hospital has been upgraded to accommodate fifty beds, six of which are highly equipped intensive care units.

An operating room and an emergency room have also been established. Ten outpatient clinics are also housed in the hospital.
