Cameroon's economic support was acknowledged by Saudi Arabia earlier.

"It will significantly enhance the excellent historical relations that exist between our two countries, particularly in the fields of investment, trade, mining, agriculture, tourism, sports, and the fight against terrorism."
The envoy stated, "This agreement, therefore, opens great prospects for cooperation between the two countries, especially as it consolidates the air agreement signed on March 7, 2017, paving the way for the acceleration and expansion of trade and tourism between the two countries."
"Saudi Arabia is a reliable companion and a key part in global relations, as is adequately affirmed by the prominent job that this nation is playing on the planet's economy, the fortitude and union of the Ummah, the battle against psychological warfare, the advancement of harmony and steadiness in the Center East and then some," said Tidjani.

He stated that the embassy in Riyadh celebrated the 51st anniversary of the establishment of the unitary state on Sunday, May 21. Cameroon observes May 20 as its national day.
